SUMMARY:The Holualoa Coffee and Art Stroll
DESCRIPTION:Holualoa Coffee and Art Stroll 2025\n\n\nCelebrate the 26th annual Holualoa Village Coffee & Art Stroll. Take a casual stroll along Holualoa Village\, talk with farmers about their passions and visit the shops and galleries\, each featuring coffee themed art and merchandise. There will be food vendors stationed throughout the Village as well. \n🗓️ November 9\, 2025\n⏰ 9:00 am – 2:00 pm\n📍 Historic Holualoa Village\n\nThe popular Chefʻs Choice awards and People’s Choice awards returns! Designated parking areas will be clearly marked\, and carpooling is suggested. \n  \n\n\n2025 Public Health and Safety Guidelines\n\n\nPlease bring a garbage bag or bin for all the refuse your booth generates. Take that out with you at the end of the day.\n\n\nYou are strongly encouraged to bring water for our visitors to keep them hydrated.\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Event Guidelines\n\n\nIf you are not situated on a lanai or in a shop\, please keep to a maximum of 10’x10’ pop-up tent for your booth coverage. It is important that you stay within these guidelines as the space is smaller now due to the road itself being larger after repaving\, and you must be behind that road boundary line. Coverage at your booth is encouraged because of sun and/or showers. Farm banners or displays are encouraged as long as they fit within your 10×10 area. Excessive size will become challenging for other vendors and/or your host shop. We are encouraging everyone to allow for a 3’ setback from the outer white street sign.\n\n\nIf you require electricity (limited number available)\, water\, shade\, level ground\, etc please let us know on the application form. We will do our best to accommodate this need and communicate any difficulties well in advance of the festival.\n\n\nLiterature about your farm or business is of interest to our visitors. A simple sheet with name\, contact info and a few lines about you work on up to a colored brochure. Pictures of your farm/product are also encouraged.\n\n\nCoffee Farmers\n\n\nYou are welcome to have bags of coffee and other logo products if you have them for sale in your booth. Other products like jelly\, dried bananas\, etc made on your farm are also encouraged. Make sure you bring lots of fresh-brewed coffee and sample cups so our visitors can enjoy your special brew.\n\n\n\n\nFood Vendors\n\n\nWe want to provide as much finger food as possible as people will get hungry as they walk up and down Mamalahoa Hwy. We are asking you to support our new “alcohol-free’ event pledge as food vendors at a Holualoa Village Ohana sponsored event.\n\n\n\n\nEntry fee this year is $75. A processed application and paid fee will result in confirmation that you applied early enough to secure a spot in this year’s festival.\n\n\nTiming: set-up must be finished by 8:45 and breakdown not to begin until 2pm. If you sell out\, please roam the event. Early breakdown signals to others that the event is over.\n\n\nParking: please park at the Holualoa Elementary School parking lot by the office and Cafeteria. There will be a shuttle running to give you a ride back to your booth.\n\n\nAll vendors must have and wear a Kona Coffee button!\n\n\n\n\nFor more information contact\n\n\nLinda Boranian – general questions – lalindab@gmail.com\n\n\nClare Wilson – Coffee Farmers – clarewilson98@gmail.com\n\n\nRenee Perrington – Food Vendors – babysgotsauce808@gmail.com

You can choose to run or walk a 5km course (suitable for most people) or do a 10km run (an “extreme trail running experience” featuring a 1200 ft elevation gain in the first 3 miles). There is also a free\, non-competitive 1/4-mile keiki fun run on flat surfaces (parents are welcome to join the kids). There will be environmental educational booths to explore and interpretive trails to stroll along. \nIt’s fun for the whole family. \nRace Options: \n\n10K Run: An “extreme trail running experience” with a challenging 1200 ft. elevation gain in the first 3 miles – perfect for experienced runners.\n\n\n5K Run/Walk: A scenic course suitable for all fitness levels and jogging strollers.\n\n\n1/4-Mile Keiki Run: A fun and easy dash for kids and parents.\n\nPu‘uwa‘awa‘a is a State-managed area that is one of very few intact examples of a Hawaiian dryland forest.
